Light It Up Blue is a global campaign held every April 2nd to mark World Autism Awareness Day. It involves illuminating monuments, buildings, and public spaces in blue as a symbol of support and visibility for autism. Beyond the symbolic gesture, the initiative aims to raise awareness, foster inclusion, and promote meaningful conversations about acceptance, respect, and understanding towards individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
On this special day, our host, the Quito Chamber of Industries, brought together key stakeholders from the ecosystem who are committed to strengthening the community. In this space, we witnessed how iconic landmarks across the country joined the initiative:
